Chris Doyle Care Training was set up in 1999. Our main areas of expertise include the Health and Social Care and Education sectors.
MEET THE TEAM.
Our Senior Trainer / Advisor
CHRIS DOYLE, CMIOSH, Cert Ed. MIfL, OSHCR Registered Consultant
Chris is one of the Partners and is our Senior Advisor / Trainer. Chris’s previous employment history includes:
Senior Health and Safety Advisor for Nottinghamshire Local Education Authority where he was responsible for compliance of H&S law for almost 400 schools, colleges and a variety of other educational establishments and departments.
Health and Safety Advisor / Lecturer for Stafford College which had over 1,000 staff and 20,000 students.
- The college underwent a major £8m refurbishment programme which included the building of a major new sports facility and works to comply with the Disability Discrimination Act, for which Chris was responsible for all the H&S aspects, while the college had its full complement of students.
- Chris was also responsible for delivery of a full range of professional H&S training courses which included Nebosh General Certificate and Construction Certificate courses up to Nebosh Diploma and Foundation Degree.
Head of Health and Safety for Staffordshire County Council where Chris led a team of advisers ensuring the Social Services department and Education department were complying with their H&S responsibilities, covering local authority care homes, as they were then, many private care homes and some 400 schools. Chris’s last project with Staffordshire before being made redundant was to initiate a new “Moving and Handling” training programme for the County Council as a whole.

Our Office Manager
KATH KYNASTON
Kath is the other Partner and is our Office Manager. Kath will normally be your first point of contact when calling or emailing us.
Kath’s previous employment includes Wages Clerk, Secretary, Driving Instructor, Driving Examiner and Housekeeper to three RC Priests!
We have several Associate Trainers who we can call upon as and when necessary.
